Dennis and his family owned and operated one of Nelson’s most popular berry farms, where people would queue to buy a Real Fruit Ice Cream, often selling around 700 ice creams per day. He found that the available Real Fruit Ice Cream blenders were often hard to clean, difficult to operate and had poor reliability.

The problems Dennis experienced drove him to find a solution that would allow 100’s of Real Fruit Ice Creams to be made everyday without issues.

So naturally he teamed up with his brother, Chris, to design and manufacture the ultimate “Elite” Blender….

Chris has years of experience creating custom equipment for the beverage industry. His decades of knowledge have been incorporated into the Little Jem Elite Blender design, creating a commercial ice cream machine that is simple to use, easy to keep clean and incredibly reliable.
